Exchange Policy – Lebanon (Online Orders Only)
We sell home appliances exclusively online. Due to the nature of these products, exchanges are strictly limited.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for exchange:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must not be installed, connected, or tested.
- All original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and protective materials must be intact.
- The item must be in resellable condition with no scratches, dents, or damage.
- Proof of purchase is required.
The following items are NOT eligible for exchange:
- Installed or used appliances
- Products with removed protective seals or packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or discounted items
- Special order items
We reserve the right to inspect and reject any returned item that does not meet the above conditions.
Please note:
- No cash refunds.
- Approved exchanges are issued as a store voucher only.
- Exchange is allowed once per order only.
- Customer is responsible for all delivery and return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered within 5–10 working days.
Customers must inspect the item upon delivery.
Any visible damage must be reported immediately to the delivery driver and to us within 24 hours.
Once the delivery is accepted and signed, the product is considered received in good condition.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If a shipped order is:
- Refused at delivery
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Not received due to customer unavailability
- Returned due to change of mind
The customer will be charged:
- Original shipping fees
- Return shipping fees
- Any handling or restocking costs
These charges will be deducted from the total amount, and any remaining balance will be issued as a store voucher.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos showing the issue.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
If approved, we will arrange replacement according to supplier warranty terms.
Physical damage caused after delivery is not covered.
